Cara menghilangkan jerawat dan bekas jerawat secara alami

Assalamu'alaikum pemirsaah :D :D

Niiih, sekarang gue mau bagi2 inpoh yang bisa ngilangin jerawat sama bekas jerawat :) mungkin bisa sedikit membantu :D tapi kalo keturunan, udah susah kali ye? soalnya gue juga, udah ngelakuin apapun, sampe jungkir balik pun ga ilang2 nih jerawat -_- #Curhat yasudahlah.. tapi mungkin kalo diusahakan secara teratur, mungkin bisa :))

~Cara Menghilangkan Jerawat dan Bekas Jerawat yang Alami :

1. pola makan sehat yang mencakup banyak buah dan sayuran dalam bentuk salad dan jus segar. Anda dapat menggunakan madu sebagai pengganti gula untuk jus.

2. Minumlah sedikitnya 6 – 8 gelas air ketika sedang dalam proses perawatan, agar bisa memperbaiki metabolisme tubuh melalui lancarnya ekskresi.

3. Tidur yang cukup akan meremajakan kulit dengan membangun sel baru. Sebaliknya kalau Kurang tidur dan kelelahan akan mengakibatkan kusam dan menimbulkan kantung mata yang berbayang.

4. Hindari penggunaan kosmetik yang tidak jelas dan pastikan anda membersihkan wajah sebelum tidur.

5. Olahraga setiap hari atau minimal 3x seminggu karena akan membantu anda membuat cerah dengan merangsang aliran darah.

6. Lindungi muka anda dengan menggunakan tabir surya jika beraktifitas di bawah paparan sinar matahari. Hal ini dilakukan agar terhindar dari  risiko kulit gelap, kecokelatan dan berkerut.

7. Hindari alkohol, tembakau dan kafein karena mengurangi kelembaban dan menyebabkan keriput muncul lebih cepat yang membuat anda tampak lebih tua.

8. Pastikan anda mengambil beberapa waktu untuk bersantai agar terhindar dari stress.

9. Hindari makanan junk food karena akan meningkatkan radikal bebas dalam tubuh, tentunya hal tersebut akan berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan kulit.

10. Jangan suka memencet jerawat yang sedang tumbuh atau berkembang karena justru dapat memperbesar Noda nantinya dan juga dapat menularkan jerawat.

11. Membiasakan wajah atau kulit mendapatkan Sinar Matahari yang cukup, alangkah baik nya jika sinar matahari pagi.

12. Jangan terlalu banyak memakan makanan yang mengandung lemak tinggi.
